VENDOR, ADVERTISING AND FASHION SHOW INFORMATION:

We are excited to offer vending and advertising opportunities for our Essence of Belly Dance 2: Aziza of Montreal and Sera Solstice Workshop and Gala on September 15-16 2012.  Cabaret meets Tribal Fusion!  The workshops, fashion show and gala will be held on Saturday and Sunday September 15-16, 2012 at the Atlanta Perimeter Hotel & Suites.  We are expecting over 100 participants!

Workshops all day Saturday, followed by a star-studded Gala, with fashion show pre-show as well as during intermission. The event concludes with a full day of workshops on Sunday 9/16/12.

We invite all workshop vendors to participate in the fashion show (belly dance clothing and accessory vendors) . Vendors will be allowed to have up to 6 models (6 costumes) in the fashion show.

The following advertising and vending opportunities are subject to availability. Please secure your space early!

VENDOR SET UP:
Vendors may set up on Friday evening 9/14/12  (exact time and details will be communicated at a later date) as well as Saturday 9/15/12 between 7am-9am. Vendors are expected to be onsite for the duration of the workshops and gala. Please note, vending spaces are secured for the entire weekend. We do not offer single day vending space.

VENDING OPTIONS:

VENDING TABLE:


Single Table (approximately 6-8ft) Spaces are arranged with only traffic at the front of the table. These spaces are intended for smaller vendors (jewelry, crafts, etc...) A Vending Table DOES NOT include additional space for rack. behind it and you will be asked to remove anything that does not fit on your table.

10x12 Vending Block
You may arrange your space however you like, but you are to stay within your marked corners and not exceed them with boxes, racks or canopy hangings.  Each 10 x 12 Vending Block will be clearly marked (with tape)

Private Vending Store LIMITED OFFER!!
Only 2 stores available! Each vending store is approximately 400 sq ft of space all to yourself. 2 tables and 4 chairs will be provided. You may arrange the space however you like so long as it is easy for shoppers to maneuver through your store. Please note, stores are NOT connected and cannot be combined into 1 larger space. They are separate rooms with walls and doors.

FASHION SHOW DETAILS

The Fashion show will take prior to the Gala, and continue after Act 1  on Saturday September 15. There will be a dressing room available for all models. Models may arrive as early as 5:00pm. All models and vendors in the fashion show must be onsite by 6:00pm. Only models, vendors and AFBD staff will be allowed in the dressing room. More details about this Friday night event will be posted over the coming weeks. Please stay tuned.The event will start with a few dance performances, followed by fashion show, live drumming and hafla style dancing. Refreshments will be available for purchase through the hotel.


The expectation is that all vendors are available and on the premises both days from 9:00am-6:00pm as well as during the Saturday evening gala.
